1. Fund Your Wallet Honestly
Only submit deposits for USDT you have actually sent. Submitting a fake or altered payment screenshot is treated as fraud and can result in an immediate account ban.
2. Check Product Details Before Buying
Read the delivery type (auto vs manual), verification level, and stock count on the product page before purchasing. All sales are final once a digital product is delivered.
3. Keep Delivered Credentials Secure
Once an account, key, or credential is delivered to you, it is your responsibility. Change passwords and enable 2FA where possible immediately after delivery.
4. Report Issues Promptly
If an order isn't delivered, doesn't work, or doesn't match its listing, open a dispute from your Orders page within 7 days of purchase. Waiting longer makes issues harder to resolve fairly.
5. Communicate On-Platform Only
Keep all communication with sellers and admin inside hstockmarket (Messages or Disputes). Sharing phone numbers, emails, or third-party messaging handles to move a transaction off-platform is against the rules and may result in a ban — this protects your buyer protection coverage.
6. No Chargeback Abuse
Since payments are made in USDT with manual deposit approval, chargebacks don't apply the way they do with cards — but attempting to defraud a seller through false dispute claims is treated as a serious violation.
7. One Account Per Person
Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions, bypass a ban, or manipulate reviews is not allowed and will result in all related accounts being suspended.
8. Respectful Conduct
Harassment, threats, or abusive language toward sellers, admins, or support staff will not be tolerated and can result in an immediate ban regardless of the underlying dispute.
9. Reviews Must Be Genuine
Only leave a review for a product you actually purchased and received. Fake reviews, review manipulation, or leaving reviews in exchange for compensation is prohibited.
